On Wednesday, March 9, Business Forward welcomed the Senior Advisor, Office of the Secretary, U.S. Department of Education, Lexi Barrett, and Acting Deputy Director of Policy, Office of the Secretary, U.S. Department of Commerce, David Langdon, for a briefing on building an equitable workforce through K-12 education, skills, and closing the workplace gender gap. They also discussed workforce development and steps business leaders can take to get involved.
